DMCA Policy for Epic Store Game List
Epic Store Game List ("we," "us," or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This DMCA Policy outlines our procedures for addressing alleged copyright infringement claims in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
It is our policy to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA. If you believe that material available on Epic Store Game List infringes on your copyright, please follow the procedures outlined below to submit a notice.
Filing a DMCA Infringement Notice
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on Epic Store Game List, please provide our Copyright Agent with a written notice containing the following information (please consult your legal counsel or see Section 512(c)(3) of the DMCA to confirm these requirements):

- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material. We may also notify the user who posted the material of the infringement claim.
Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you posted on Epic Store Game List was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you have the right to submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must contain the following information (please consult your legal counsel or see Section 512(g)(3) of the DMCA to confirm these requirements):
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled (e.g., the specific URL of the content on Epic Store Game List).
- Your name, address, and telephone number.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward a copy to the original complaining party. If the complaining party does not inform us that they have filed a legal action seeking a court order to restrain you from engaging in infringing activity related to the material within 10-14 business days, we may restore the removed material or cease disabling access to it.
